Parabolic Antenna

- RECEPTION (V, H, RHCP, LHCP)
- POLARIZATION DIVERSITY
- RADOME ENCLOSED, Hermetically Sealed Antenna Feeds
- HIGH GAIN with Extremely Broadband Coverage
- DESIGNED to MIL-E-16400
Parabolic Reflector Antennas with frequency independent, dual polarized, primary feeds are offered which operate from 0.5 to 18.0 GHz. Twelve different types, offering various performance characteristics are available to provide a wide selection of gains and beamwidths. Other size parabolic reflectors are available for different gain and beamwidth characteristics.
The TECOM family of dual polarized, dish and feed assemblies are capable of receiving simultaneous vertical and horizontal polarization. Switchable right/left circular, vertical and horizontal polarization diversity reception is obtained by combining the two output ports with appropriate hybrids and switches.
The antenna types feature ultra broadband characteristics which are ideal for surveillance and direction finding applications. All types yield an average input VSWR of less than 1.75:1. The primary feeds are sealed, with low-loss dielectric radomes. TECOM offers antenna system support hardware including EL/AZ Positioners, digital controller with Windows 95/NT Software, antenna support masts/ towers, antenna mounting hardware and interconnecting cables.
Microstrip Antenna

- Spherical Pattern Coverage
- Multi-Band Functions
- Compact
- Flush-Mounted
TECOM's Microstrip Antennas are available in several types and configurations. For example, the Type 256001 Tri-band antenna provides S-Band telemetry, Command Destruct and C-Band Beacon functions designed for a large diameter vehicle, whereas, the Type 102067 provides S-Band function only on a very small diameter vehicle.
Most antennas are linearly polarized and the individual radiating elements are phased to provide omnidirectional coverage around the vehicle. Antennas that provide circular polarization are also available.
This series of antennas is designed to meet all applicable requirements of MIL-E-5400.
