Overwatch Systems is a world-class provider of multi-source intelligence solutions. Overwatch was formed by merging Federal IT, Austin Info Systems (AIS), Sensor Systems, Paragon Imaging, and ITSpatial, and provides a suite of integrated software tools that enable analysts to generate relevant, actionable intelligence faster and more effectively for the warfighter, first responder and policy maker. Using capabilities from the Overwatch Intelligence Center to counter current threats, they deliver fieldable collection and analysis capabilities in months where the traditional approach is measured in years. Overwatch Systems is focused on providing situational awareness that supports both conventional and asymmetric intelligence analysis.
Overwatch Systems is investing to integrate all of its geospatial and tactical products into the Overwatch Intelligence Center to enhance collaboration, usability, performance and user training. Overwatch Systems develops and markets intelligence analysis products and develops custom intelligence systems as specified by our Government customers. Overwatch Systems develops multi-band single feed SATCOM systems for DOD/HLS customers and have significant communications experience directly related to satisfying intelligence systems communications requirements.
Overwatch Systems' three strategic objectives are to:

SCOUT is comprised of numerous modules that can be combined to compose a core SIGINT capability that can operate in a Windows or Service Oriented Architecture. SCOUT components can also be combined to provide a uniquely scaleable capability to process, analyse and visualize SIGINT in a variety of missions and roles.
SCOUT’s foundation consists of independent but intricately linked layers: the core services layer, the applications layer and the user interface layer. The applications layer is anchored with recapitalized capabilities from Overwatch Systems’ family of SIGINT data processing tools. Key features also include high volume / throughput data support, external database co-ordination, database archival, rule-based correlation, unified SIGINT analysis tools, and integrated geospacial and data visualization, and client-server support.
Plug-ins may be produced or integrated to solve “niche” data processing problems needed to provide refined data to operators and analysts alike. SCOUT plug-ins are available as additional components to the baseline system based on each individual customer’s wants. By using the SCOUT components, AXIS, Gist and Transcription Tool, Medina Wireless Sirveillance, and integrating NEXIDA’s “NEXMiner” product, hours of audio can be efficiently filtered and searched by keyword or context and subsequently distilled into manageable sets of key audio events.
